RETURN POLICY

 

 Thank you for your order from Fashion Haven. I hope you are content with your purchase. However, if you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the merchandise for a store credit only. 


 

All merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date you purchased it. All returned merchandise must not be worn or used and must be returned in the same condition you received it. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

In order to return the items purchased, simply repackage the item and mail all returns to the address listed below:

You may request a prepaid return shipping label by emailing customer service at fashionhaven_fh@outlook.com. Return shipping charges will be paid by us (Fashion 

Haven).


 

REFUNDS

 

Please allow 7-10 days for the processing of the returned item. All refunds resort back to store credit. There is no expiration on the store credit. 

 

All SALE items are FINAL. There are no refunds, returns or store credits on these items.
